Angel Dust Relationships Fandom

While no longer romantically linked, his past partnership with Valentino suggests Angel has spent a significant amount of time – at least years – building his reputation in the adult film industry. Meanwhile, his crushes on powerful Overlords like Alastor and Sir Pentious imply he is likely younger than these centuries-old demons. His luck seemed to change when, after several demons seemed uninterested in his services, Charlie and Vaggie pulled up in a limousine, having spent the whole day looking for test subjects for their new project and getting no takers.

Valentino

While out in bars, he noticed others would spike his drinks and have their way with him. He intentionally allowed this with some hope that if he ruined himself enough, Valentino would no longer want him as “his favorite toy” and release him from their contract. He holds a cynical view on the idea of redemption, although he seems to still hold onto a small hope it may be possible for him. A famous porn star and the first sinner the hotel is attempting to redeem,16 but his selfish actions of using the hotel as a rent-free living space threaten to jeopardize Charlie Morningstar’s dream. Anthony,1 more commonly known as Angel Dust, is an adult film star in Hell and one of the main protagonists in Hazbin Hotel.

His eyes sported cerise-pink pupils and heterochronic-colored sclera – pale yellow (right) and black (left). His eyes also included rather thick eyelashes protruding from them, and light pink upper-eyelids with the color extending to his eyebrows, mimicking eyeshadow. Below his eyes are three, small, cerise freckle-like dots which are actually a smaller pair of eyes.

Angel’s actions caused Sir Pentious to seek revenge on him, heading to the Hazbin Hotel to kill him, but was defeated by Alastor. After explaining the concept of their Hotel, Angel Dust seemed as skeptical as anyone else, but when Charlie offered to pay the debt and unpaid rent he owed Valentino, Angel Dust said he would at least consider it. Along with having to perform in porn films, he would have sex with Valentino Eventually, Angel had followed a path of self-destruction.

He and Cherri fight side by side against the Exorcists, launching explosives and killing several angels. Although they have never interacted, Adam was aware of Angel Dust’s existence and profession. In the ADDICT music video, Val forces himself onto Angel and is revealed to have raped him at least once, confirming that the relationship is more abusive than previously thought. Upon first being approached by Alastor and asked what talents he possesses, Angel swiftly offers up his ‘services’ as his solitary skill, breaking Alastor’s composure before being swiftly and firmly turned down.

Sexuality

1. Angel took a liking to Sir Pentious during his time at the hotel, considering him a great friend and taking a photo with him, Husk, and Niffty, for his door.

3. After Alastor’s shield goes up, Angel is seen tag-teaming with Cherri Bomb, killing many angels in the process.
4. With the release of the ADDICT music video, it appears that Cherri is one of the few people Angel is truly close to, as she is seen comforting him as he cries in his room.
5. Before fans met the silver-tongued Angel Dust in Hazbin Hotel, the character suffered a tragic death in the real world.

During Poison, it shows how exhausted and miserable Angel is working with Valentino and having to film all night, yet how he is also unable to escape from him. The episode more clearly shows Valentino’s physical abuse, as well as their sexual relationship. Angel admits to Husk that he purposely let himself get drugged up because he believes that once he is damaged enough he would no longer be Valentino’s favorite “toy”, and he would let him go. One day he tried to do his boss a favour, finalizing a drug deal with a group of shark demons.

Vaggie

Ever since Angel Dust got to Hell (and one could argue even before), he has lived under the binding hold of an inescapable force, whether it be the contract he signed with Valentino or the high of the narcotics he is addicted to. A major character arc that could present itself in Hazbin’s second season may see Angel Dust finally break free of his eternal contract with Valentino. The character then dies because of his chemical dependency, succumbing to an overdose sometime in his early 30s (in 1947).

The whole exchange creates a new level of friendship and respect between the two. His irises are cerise pink while his right eye has a light yellow sclera and left eye has a dark sclera. Cherri referred Angel as ‘her favourite guy to party with’ during the episode. Angel also cares about Cherri as shown in the turf war scene when he pushed Cherri to save her from Sir Pentious’s grip.

His gloves were instead consists of two pairs of neon-fuchsia rubber gloves. After Lucifer beats Adam, Angel watches shocked as Niffty repeatedly stabs Adam in front of their very eyes. The next day, Adam along with his Exorcists army, arrive at the hotel and begin fighting with the cannibals and hotel residents. After Alastor’s shield goes up, Angel is seen tag-teaming with Cherri Bomb, killing many angels in the process. Later, Angel saves an Egg Boi, Frank, from an angel before Adam starts shooting at the hotel. Later on, he watches in sadness as General Pentious tries to fight Adam only to be immediately vaporized.

He is also not above saying sexist or racist jokes solely to piss people off and amuse himself. After agreeing to fully redeem himself, Sir Pentious agreed to live in the Hotel, participating in a trust exercise, in which he begins to befriend Angel after surviving a territorial battle. Despite their friendship, Sir Pentious gets into an argument over Angel’s sex advances. Angel took a liking to Sir Pentious during his time at the hotel, considering him a great friend and taking a photo with him, Husk, and Niffty, for his door. In “Hello Rosie!”, Angel hugs Husk and Sir Pentious as they prepared to help Charlie and Vaggie in the battle against the Exorcists. After having been apart for two weeks since Angel checked into the Hotel, Cherri recruits him to help her fight Sir Pentious, an offer he happily accepts to finally get some “action”.

As future episodes shed light on Angel‘s history, fans will surely update their theories about Hell‘s most iconic adult film star and stylish spider demon. For much of his time as the biggest adult film star in Hell, Angel Dust works under the conniving overlord Valentino. Valentino has ownership over Angel Dust’s soul, being one of the sinner demon’s biggest names at his renowned Hell-based porn studio. His fur also sports a light pink outline of a heart which encircles his chest, in which the lower proportion extends past his waistline and down to his crotch area. Angel also possesses a chest that is covered in a large amount of his fur, in which it gave the appearance of pair of prominent breasts.
